Is Monty's Original real beef?

Yes, it is 100% beef. Monty's Original is our signature recipe: premium beef marinated in Worcestershire and soy sauce with garlic, onion and black pepper. It is the recipe Monty Hill perfected, and the flavor HFM Farm was built on.

Do you make keto or carnivore jerky?

Yes. Our Carnivore Beef Jerky and Carnivore Chicken Jerky are made with just three ingredients: premium meat, water and Redmond Real Salt. Zero sugar and zero carbs, so they fit carnivore, keto and low-carb eating.

What is the A1 jerky?

Two of our beef jerkies are built on A1 steak sauce: OG-A1, our steak in a bag, and Fiery A1, the same steakhouse flavor with a kick. If you love a steak-sauce flavor, start there.

Do you have a meat-free option?

Yes. Our mushroom jerky, in Monty's Original and Southern Teriyaki, is a savory, meat-free take on jerky. It works as a snack or as a meat alternative in bowls, pasta and salads.

What flavors do you make?

Beef, chicken and mushroom jerky across sweet, savory, spicy and tongue-torching flavors, plus seasonings and dry rubs. You can browse them all from the shop.

How is HFM Farm jerky made?

We handcraft every batch in small runs with honest ingredients, and our jerky is shelf-stable until it is opened.

Can I visit, or buy in person? Where are you located?
